• Measurement Tolerance: A measurement variance of up to 0.5 inches in the finished dress size is within normal tolerances and cannot be used as grounds for a complaint or return.

• Our Errors: If we make an error in creating your ordered product, we will provide a full or partial refund depending on the nature and extent of the mistake.

• Craftsmanship Defects: We stand behind the quality of our work. If there are defects in craftsmanship or materials, please contact us with photos for assessment within 7 days of receiving your order.
